Returns & Refunds Policy

At our company, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and stand behind our workmanship 100%. In the rare case that there are any defects or errors on our part, we offer a free replacement. However, we generally do not accept returns due to customer errors such as incorrect size, design, or color selection. We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing them to ensure complete satisfaction.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible products and service. We are happy to offer replacements for the following situations: if the product is defective, if the print quality is poor, or if the item you received is different from what was advertised on our site. To begin the replacement process, please email us at support@revetee.com with a photo of the product and any relevant details. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

For all other refund or return requests, please email us at support@revetee.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. After we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed.

We do not accept unauthorized returns or items that have been washed, worn, or damaged. Such items are not eligible for refund or replacement and will be forfeited.

Important Notes:
Cancellation: You will receive a 90% refund. A 10% service fee will be deducted.
Out of Stock: You will receive a 100% refund.
Incorrect Size, Color, or Shipping Address Provided by Customer: No refund will be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank—there is often a processing time before refunds are reflected. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@revetee.com, and we will assist you further.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@revetee.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift was sent to the buyer who later gave it to you, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser and notify them of the return.

Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
